Cancellation & Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However if you change mind or items no longer required, you may cancel and return your order.
To request cancellation or return you must notify us via email, and then follow the instruction email from us. Our email address is: info@SalonFix.co.uk. Please note unauthorized return will be rejected.
Any goods returned must be in new, unused condition, and in their original unopened packaging. We advise that goods should be returned by trackable delivery method and insured for their full retail value. You are responsible for them until we have received and checked them.
The cost of returning goods is your responsibility.
You have up to 10 days after you receive your order to inform us that you wish to return anything; then goods must be returned to us within a further 14 days from the date you have informed us.
If you cancel your order after it's been shipped and before the delivery, you must still accept the delivery then follow our returns policy; if however you refuse the delivery, we will deduct the return costs plus an £60 admin charge from your refund.
Please note returns can take between 7-10 days to be processed and a refund issued. The delivery cost is not refundable. If you paid by credit or debit card we will only make a refund back to the same card.
This policy excludes special orders or bespoke items which have been ordered to your specification from available options, or that have been made to order by the manufacturer.
This policy applies to mainland UK only. Orders with delivery address in any other regions or countries can not be cancelled or returned unless agreed by us prior to the purchase.
