Standard Delivery Charge:

Orders over £80:
£80 per order - Mainland UK
£180 per order - Republic of Ireland; Northern Ireland (BT); North Scotland (AB, DD, HS, IV, KW, PA, PH); Isle of White (PO30 ~ PO41)

Standard Delivery time is around 5~15 days.

If you require Express Delivery service please contact us for a quote.

Orders under £80:
Delivery charged at £25 per order.

For other European countries please refer to the shipping charge calculated at the Checkout page.

Collection from us could be arranged and please contact us to book in.

Delivery Method:
We try our utmost to ensure you receive an excellent delivery service. All deliveries are trackable.

In most cases delivery is made on pallet, and the shipping company will ring you in advance to book in delivery. Please note all pallet deliveries are KERBSIDE. We may also use other delivery services such as parcel company, same day courier services, delivery on our own vehicle, and specialist delivery, depending on the type of goods and your location.

Damage on Arrival: 
In the very rare case if your order arrives damaged, please write down the reservations on driver's delivery note and take photos of damaged packages and/or products and contact us within 24 hours, or do not accept the delivery if necessary.
